I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

First we would like to apologize for the inconvenience to you. If you are missing something from your order just send an email to over to us and we'll be sure to get you taken care of.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

In the very rare case that an item is faulty just send an email to our team describing the problem and we'll be sure to have the product replaced for you.

How do I track my order?

To track your order just simply click "Track my Order" in the top menu or bottom footer and follow the instructions to find your order.

What is your return policy?

We believe in our product so much that if you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of receipt we will offer you a full refund with no questions asked. All that is required is that you simply send an email to our team and they will make sure to keep you satisfiesd.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 7 days for your refund to process from the day you email our team. If you ever have any questions then feel free to just send our 24/7 support team an email.
